What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS


7 oz.Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles ~ 2 cups packed
2 cupsBean Sprouts

3

Scallions, 2" sliced, (1/2 cup)

4 Tbsp.Soy Sauce
2 Tbsp.Sesame Oil
2 Tbsp.Sugar
2 Tbsp.Mirin (Seasoned Rice Wine)
1/2 tsp.Sesame Seeds

INSTRUCTIONS


1)

Place noodles in colander, gently pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain.

2)

Combine soy sauce, sugar, sesame oil and Mirin in pan. Bring to a boil.

3)

Add bean sprouts and scallions. Continue to cook 1 minute.

4)

Add noodles and toss together.

5)

Sprinkle with sesame seeds. Serve immediately.

6)

Option: Add protein --- stir fry 1 cup of Shrimp, Tofu, thin sliced chicken or beef with 1 Tbsp. sesame oil for 2 minutes. Then follow the directions above.

Crispy Chow Mein Noodles

What you’ll need

INGREDIENTS


7 oz.

Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles ~ 2 cups


Oil for frying

INSTRUCTIONS


1)

Place noodles in colander, gently pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain. 

2)

Heat oil to 350 degrees F.

3)

Fry noodles for 2 minutes or until crispy.

4)

Drain onto paper towel.

5)

Noodles will keep 3 days in an airtight container.

6)

OPTIONS

A)

Toss crispy noodles with 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese and 1 tsp. minced fresh garlic.

B)

Toss crispy noodles with 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese and ½ tsp. of granulated garlic. 

C)

Toss crispy noodles with 1 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese and ¼ tsp. cayenne pepper. 

D)

Toss crispy noodles with 1 tsp. Cajun seasoning.

Garlic_Shiitake_Noodles

INGREDIENTS
2 cupsFortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles
2 handfulsFresh Baby Spinach
1 cup

Shiitake Mushrooms, sliced

1 cup

Extra Firm Tofu, diced

1 Tbsp.Sesame Oil
1/4 cupSoy Sauce
1/4 cupWater
2 Tbsp.Miso Paste
2 Tbsp.

Ginger, minced

1 Tbsp.

Garlic, minced

1/4 tsp.Sesame Seeds
INSTRUCTIONS
1)

Place noodles in colander gently, pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain.

2)Sauté garlic and ginger flakes for 1 minute.
3)Add shiitakes and tofu. Continue to cook 2 minutes.
4)

Add soy sauce water, and miso paste. Continue to cook 1 minute.

5)Add noodles and spinach. Toss together.
6)Serve immediately. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
Garlic Teriyaki Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles

What you’ll need

3 Pack Family Meal

INGREDIENTS


1 package.

Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles with Teriyaki Flavor Packet.

1 Tbsp. 

Olive Oil.

1 Tbsp. 

Butter, unsalted.

4 each.

Garlic Cloves, minced.

4 each.

Mushrooms, sliced.

2 Tbsp.

Green Onions, chopped.

1 Tbsp.

Light Brown Sugar.

1/2 tsp.

Sesame Seeds.

1 to 2 oz. 

Soy Sauce.

2 Tbsp.

Parmesan Cheese, grated.

INSTRUCTIONS


1)

Loosen noodles by placing punctured inner bag of noodles in microwave for 1 minute.

2)

Melt butter in sauté pan with olive oil over medium heat.

3)

Add garlic and sauté until translucent.

4)

Add mushrooms and continue to cook until tender.

5)

Add brown sugar, Teriyaki Flavor Packet and soy sauce and melt sugar over medium heat. 

6)

Pull pan off the heat and stir in Parmesan cheese.

7)

Optional: If softer noodles are preferred, boil in simmering water until desired texture. 

Kung Pao Chicken with Vegetables

What you’ll need

1 Fortune Hot & Spicy

Yakisoba

INGREDIENTS


1 package

Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles with Hot & Spicy Flavor Packet 

1/3 cup

Carrot, julienned 

2 each

Scallions (including tops), cut into 2" slivers 

1 Tbsp.

Vegetable or Sesame Oil

1/3 lb.

Chicken, thinly sliced

1/3 cup

Red Bell Pepper, sliced

1/4 cup

Peanuts 

1/2 cup

Water

INSTRUCTIONS


1)

Loosen noodles by placing punctured inner bag of noodles in microwave for 1 minute on high or rinse noodles under hot water.

2)

Heat oil in pan or wok on medium high heat. 

3)

Stir fry chicken for 1 minute. (Timing will vary based on size of chicken pieces).

4)

Add vegetables and stir fry an additional minute, keeping vegetables crispy. 

5)

Add loosened noodles, Hot and Spicy Flavor Packet and water. Continue to mix for another 1 to 2 minutes.

6)

Serve immediately.
