     Spinach and Pasta Salad
 
   
3/4 lb.
Fusili Pasta  
   
1/2 lb.
Fresh Spinach, washed and chopped

Riped Cherry Tomatoes, chopped  
   
1/2 cup
Extra-virgin Olive Oil

Salt  
 
--
Feta cheese  
 
 
1.
Heat pasta in a large pot of boiling salt water. Drain, rinse under cold water and set aside.
 
2.
In a large serving bowl, combine cooked pasta, tomatoes, spinach and olive oil. Add salt and pepper to taste.
 
3.
Sprinkle with feta cheese.
