JSL Foods, Inc. is the result of two successful companies, Main On Foods (USA) Corp. and Flavor Foods, Inc., merging resources in 1990 to produce quality products and provide improved services to an ever changing marketplace.

Main On Foods has been baking quality Chinese-Style Cookies under the Twin Dragon Brand since 1951. The distinctive pink boxes of Almond and Fortune Cookies have been sold throughout the United States. The production capacity of our ovens exceeds 1 million cookies a day.

Flavor Foods opened its' doors in 1965 and has become renowned for its' Fortune Brand Oriental Pasta line. Flavor Foods was the first in the United States to introduce vacuum packaging of Eggroll, Wonton and Gyoza wrappers to maintain freshness and extend shelf life. Manufacturing and marketing Yakisoba (Precooked Stir Fry Noodles) and Udon (Boiled Noodles) was another first in the United States.

JSL Foods, Inc. occupies a 60,000 square feet building for our offices, warehouse, and pasta processing. Our bakery operation occupies another 40,000 square feet of production space. We have in line computerized inventory control, shipping and receiving, and billing systems enabling us to care effectively for all our customers' needs.
