Chicken Udon Soup

Ingredients

2  Packages Udon Noodles Chicken Flavor Packet
2  Tbsp. Soy sauce
2   Chicken thighs or 1 chicken breast, cooked and diced in bite size pieces
4   Diagonally, thin cut green onions
1/4  cup Carrots, slivered

Instructions

1) STOVE TOP INSTRUCTIONS:
2) Bring 2 2/3 cups of water to a boil. Add noodles and chicken flavor packets.
3) Add all ingredients except reserved green onion. Simmer for 2 to 3 minutes stirring occasionally.
4) Divide noodles and soup into bowls and sprinkle on the reserved green onions. Serve immediately.
5) MICROWAVE INSTRUCTIONS:
6) Note: Microwaves ovens vary. Times are approximate.
7) In a microwavable bowl, add 2 2/3 cups of water, noodles and chicken base packets. Add all ingredients, except the reserved green onion.
8) Cover top of bowl with kitchen wrap. Microwave on high for 4 minutes.
9) Divide noodles and soup into bowls and sprinkle on the reserved green onions. Serve immediately.
10) Optional Vegetables per preference, Bok Choy, Celery, Mushrooms, Tofu.
11) Optional Seasonings per preference, garlic powder, Mirin, Sake, Siracha, Hot Sauce, Furikake
