26   Twin Dragon Goyza Wrappers
1  cup Chicken, cooked and coarsely shredded
2  oz. Cream Cheese, warmed
3  Tbsp. Cayenne Pepper Sauce
2  Tbsp. Celery, finely chopped
2  Tbsp. Blue Cheese, crumbled
  Vegetable Oil for frying


1) Mix chicken, cream cheese, pepper sauce, celery and blue cheese. Chill.
2) Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
3) Place a heaping teaspoon of mix in the center of each wrapper. Moisten the edges of wrappers with water. Fold wrapper in half over mixture. Flatten mix, pushing excess air out of wrapper. Seal edges with a pinch and crimp with a fork on both sides to make a decorative edge.
4) Fry at 350 degrees F for 1 to 1½ minutes, turning once. Transfer to a baking sheet and bake for 3 to 5 minutes until crisp and hot.
