Yakisoba Spaghetti with Teriyaki Meatballs

1  package Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles with Teriyaki Flavor Packet
1 1/2  cups Arrabbiata Sauce or your favorite spaghetti sauce
6  each Teriyaki flavored meatballs
1  oz. Pecorino or Parmesan Cheese, grated
1  oz. Italian Parsley, chopped
2  each Slices of White Bread, torn into large pieces - 1 cup packed
1  lb. Ground Beef, 90% lean
2  each Garlic Cloves, minced
2  Tbsp. Green Onions, chopped
2  Tbsp. Pecorino Romano Cheese, grated
2  Tbsp. Pine Nuts, toasted
2  Tbsp. Raisins
1  tsp. Sea Salt
10  turns White Pepper, freshly ground
1  packet Fortune Teriyaki Flavor Packet
2  each Eggs
1/2  cup Plain Bread Crumbs


1) Yakisoba Spaghetti w/Teriyaki Meatballs
2) Simmer Meatballs with Arrabbiata Tomato Sauce for 15 minutes.
3) Loosen noodles by placing punctured inner bag of noodles in microwave for 1 minute.
4) Add Meatballs and Arrabbiata Sauce to noodles and serve immediately.
5) Garnish with Pecorino Romano and Fresh Chopped parsley.
6) Optional: If softer noodles are preferred, boil in simmering water until desired texture.
7) TERIYAKI FLAVORED MEATBALLS (makes 14-15 meatballs)
8) Preheat oven to 325 degrees F and arrange a rack in the middle.
9) Place bread in bowl, cover with water and let soak for 1 minute.
10) Pour off remaining water and wring out the bread, place in large bowl.
11) Add remaining ingredients except breadcrumbs and mix to combine.
12) Add the breadcrumbs and mix to incorporate. [You may not need to add all the breadcrumbs]
13) Bake in preheated oven for 25 to 35 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
14) Halfway through baking; rotate meatballs over to create even browning.
15) Add to Arrabbiata sauce and simmer until ready to serve.
16) Optional: To intensify Teriyaki flavor reduce recipe by half and add ALL teriyaki seasoning.
