Ragin' Cajun Asian Yakisoba Noodles
Fortune Stir Fry Yakisoba Noodles - 2 servings



Ingredients
7 oz. | Fortune Yakisoba Stir Fry Noodles ~ 2 cups |
2 Tbsp. | Sesame Oil |
2 Tbsp. | Serrano Chiles, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Garlic, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Ginger, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Shallots, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Lemon Grass, minced |
2 Tbsp. | Cajun Seasoning |
4 oz. | Chicken, 1" diced |
4 ea. | Shrimp, 16-20 count, peeled and deveined |
4 oz. | Andouille Sausage, sliced 1/2" thick |
1 cup | Bell Peppers, colorful, 1" diced |
1/2 cup | Maui Onion, 1" diced |
4 oz. | Teriyaki Sauce |
1/2 cup | Cilantro, leaves |
1/2 tsp. | Sesame Seeds, black and white |
Instructions
1) | Place noodles in colander, gently pull noodles apart, run warm water over noodles and drain. |
2) | In a “HOT” cast iron skillet sauté, garlic, shallots, ginger, lemon grass, serrano chiles and chicken in sesame oil. Season with 1 Tbsp. Cajun seasoning. Cook 2 – 3 minutes. |
3) | Add shrimp and Andouille sausage. Continue to cook until shrimp is pink. |
4) | Add peppers and onions. Season with remaining Cajun seasoning. Cook for 1 – 2 minutes. |
5) | Add teriyaki sauce. Toss with cilantro and hot noodles. |
6) | Arrange noodles in bowl. |
7) | Top with sesame seeds. |
